Neck Stretch: Start stretching your head backwards with upward sight toward the roof first, and then move your lips in a kissing motion by bringing your lips together. 

Chin Lifts:  First, tilt your neck backward, look upon the roof, and stretch the throat and neck both in a holding position. Then, relax. 

Jaw Release: In jaw release, the mouth should be closed first and then relaxed. Then try to open the mouth wide as it can be with an outward tongue extending. 

Fish Face: The cheeks sucked in a position to make the fish posture in expression. Hold this position for a few seconds, and then relax.  

Tongue Stretch: In this stretch, the tongue is stretched outwards for as long as possible.   

The Vowel Sound Technique:  In this exercise, all the vowel sounds (A, E, O, I, and U) are pronounced clearly and loudly by maximum using the movements of the tongue and lips.
